From April 1 through Aug. 30, westbound I-196 will be closed over the Grand River near US-131 for widening and deck replacement. During this time, westbound I-196 will not have access to US-131 and one lane will remain open with access to Fuller, College and Ottawa avenues. Eustachian Tube Dysfunction and Ear Problems

There is new treatment for all those patients with Eustachian tube dysfunction and ear problems. The treatment is an alternative to having ear tubes and involves a surgical balloon to inflate, dilate and improve the function of the Eustachian tube and improve the general health of patient’s ears. This is an exciting new development in the world of Ear, Nose and Throat!

Dr. Artz, who specializes in treating patients with hearing problems and Eustachian tube dysfunction, is the busiest user of this new balloon product. Here are some pictures of a recent lecture and hands-on lab that Dr. Artz led to teach other local ENT doctors on how to use the balloon product so other patients can benefit from this new technology.
