Parotid glands are the largest of the salivary glands. Humans have two parotid glands which are located on either side of the mouth just in front of each ear.

Treatment
Some disorders may go away with time while other disorders may require a more complete medical evaluation to best determine treatment options such as monitoring status, prescribing antibiotics or, in some more complex cases, recommending surgery.
